We will be upgrading our nitro nodes on Arbitrum Mainnet/Nova to v3.1.0 on 2024-07-18 at 00:00 UTC

This updates includes the following Highlighted Changes:
- This release adds support for ArbOS 31 which will be required in approximately a month for Arbitrum One and Arbitrum Nova.
- This release also improves the Anytrust data availability system.
