We are upgrading our Monad Testnet infrastructure to v0.15.2.
This release introduces the MIP-8 page-based storage gas schedule, enforces maximum block reward validation, and threads the Monad consensus round into the EVM transaction context via EIP-7843. The AMSTERDAM EVM revision is also included.
During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur.

RPC Changes:
eth_createAccessList — Storage keys are now deduplicated by page under MIP-8.
eth_getStorageAt — Fixed incorrect return of 0 on page-encoded nodes.
eth_call — Execution revert error code changed from -32603 to 3, aligning with standard EVM behavior.
