We are upgrading our SEI Pacific and Atlantic infrastructure to v6.6.2.

This patch release focuses on RPC and node-serving stability with no consensus or state-machine changes. Key improvements include a configurable inbound P2P accept rate with a higher default, and context cancellation support in the state store database layer to prevent abandoned queries from consuming resources.

During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur.
