[Standard] Polkadot Mainnet - Upgrade to v1.24.2

We are upgrading our Polkadot Mainnet infrastructure to v1.24.2 (polkadot-stable2606-2). This is a patch release for the stable2606 line containing fixes across XCM, staking, coretime, assets, and networking subsystems.

Notable improvements include corrected XCM weight calculations for claim_assets, a pallet-broker auto-renewal security fix, and WebRTC transport now enabled by default on full nodes.

During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur.
