We are upgrading our zkSync-stack chains to Core v29.17.0. During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur. This release prepares for the upcoming v31 protocol upgrade and includes bug fixes and verifier improvements.

This release contains no user-facing RPC changes.
