We will be decommissioning our TON V1 API (Python-based) in favor of the more performant V2 API (C++ based)
We urge you to migrate to TON V2 HTTP API ASAP for Better Performance and Stability. The TON team officially recommends the V2 implementation, and Quicknode has supported the V2 C++ build of the TON HTTP API for several months.
-- Timeline: Quicknode plans to decommission the legacy V1 implementation on August 31st in favor of V2. We recommend teams begin planning their migration now to stay ahead of the transition.
-- Note on compatibility: V1 and V2 are NOT drop-in replacements - method availability and response formats differ between the two. Before migrating, review the V1 and V2 API reference docs for your specific integration and test thoroughly to confirm compatibility with your existing implementation.
