We are upgrading our Aptos Mainnet infrastructure to v1.44.9-hotfix and our Aptos Testnet infrastructure to v1.45.1-rc.

The Mainnet hotfix is a patch with stability improvements.

The Testnet release is a major version bump that includes consensus and mempool hardening, storage improvements (including hot state pruning, restart recovery, and KV/tree sequencing fixes), VM and compiler updates, encrypted transaction security and DoS protections, DKG stall recovery, gas metering changes, and various performance optimizations.

During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent disruptions to RPC availability as nodes are rotated through the upgrade process.

RPC Changes: No customer-facing RPC changes in these releases.
