We are upgrading our Celestia infrastructure to v0.31.4. This release includes bug fixes to the network tag display in the celestia version command and corrects the number of outbound streams in the shrex subsystem. These fixes improve node stability and data retrieval performance. During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur.
