[Urgent] Sui Mainnet - Upgrade to mainnet-v1.77.3

We are upgrading our Sui Mainnet infrastructure to mainnet-v1.77.3. This release includes protocol version 134 which will activate at the next epoch boundary once 83.4% of validators by stake have upgraded

RPC / API Changes
- TransactionExecutionService (simulate/resolve) modified Error messages for version-mismatch and digest-mismatch now include the offending object ID and render provided/actual values consistently. No API shape change; error message text only.

- transactions / events (GraphQL) modified Fixed a race condition that could non-deterministically omit recently-created data when served via --ledger-grpc-url.
