• Sonic: Upgrading to v2.1.0

**Key Improvements:**
• Critical improvements for the network, primarily the Pectra compatibility to Ethereum (including EIP-7702 support) and security enhancements for the network protocol.

**Network Changes:**
- Ethereum Prague upgrade support with new protocol features:
- EIP-7702: Account abstraction functionality
- EIP-2537: BLS precompiled contracts
- EIP-2935: Historic block hashes accessible in chain state
- EIP-7623: Increased minimum gas cost for transactions with large call data
