[Standard] Berachain - Bepolia Testnet - Upgrade to Bera-Reth v1.4.0-rc2

We are upgrading our Berachain Bepolia Testnet infrastructure to Bera-Reth v1.4.0-rc2 in preparation for the Bepolia Fusaka hard fork scheduled for May 27th at 16:00 UTC.

This release introduces the Osaka hardfork (BRIP-10), migrates EIP-6110 deposit handling to the native Berachain deposit event, and ships several engine API and RPC stability fixes. During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent disruptions to RPC availability as nodes are rotated through the upgrade process.
